Overview

Askribe provides a whole suite of blocks (like MCQ, Text Input etc.) to capture the user's input. But sometimes, these options are not enough and the end-user would prefer a real human agent to handle the conversation.

To facilitate this, we have a feature called Handoff to Agent. You can use this feature in Conversational flows by dragging the Handoff to Agent block from the block palette.

But, as soon as you drag this block, you will notice that you need to configure a provider to use this feature. This page will guide you through the process of setting up the provider.
